Delivery Time Exceeded:
We use third-party delivery partners and are not responsible for delays after handover. Events beyond our control may impact delivery schedules.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.

Stock Availability

In rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or issue a credit note.

Duties & Taxes

GST: Included in all domestic order prices.

Import Duties & Taxes:
International orders may attract import duties and taxes. Refusal to pay may result in non-delivery, and we will not be able to assist further.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Orders can be cancelled or exchanged only before shipment. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. For cancellations, a credit note is issued (no cash refunds).

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Exchange Policy

Not Accepted When: Product color or material variation due to screen differences or personal preference. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Additional shipping charges (minimum ₹250) apply. Reverse pickup costs are borne by the customer. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship with name and contact details.

Damaged Product Exchange

In rare cases of damaged or incorrect items, share clear product images and an order-opening video with +91-77278-66755 , +91-98296-22771 within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit valid for 30 days.
